Alan K. Rode is a writer, film historian and critic.  He is also the author of Charles McGraw - Biography of a Noir Tough Guy.   His website features his commentary and current happenings in the world of film noir.   Great photo section of actors at recent film noir festivals.

 

City Sleuth provides information on  San Francisco  locations used in films.   While he covers a broad spectrum of films the list includes some classic film noirs.  For those films the reach goes beyond San Francisco and the resulting “then and now” details will appeal to any noir fan.
